The customer goes to the purchase section of the merchant’s website to carry out a transaction requiring payment. After purchase, the customer sees the summary of the transaction and then proceeds to payment.

2. On clicking “Pay”, the customer is directed to the Paysite Gateway, the customer enters basic details e.g. Name, Email etc. These details are used for Audit Trail purposes only.
3. After entering the details, customer is then allowed to select a card processor (Verve, MasterCard, Visa or Paypal)
4. Depending on the card selected for payment the customer is directed to the appropriate Processor for processing payment.
5. Customers enter the required card information and the card processor debits the cardholder’s account and transfers it to the merchant
Neither PaySite nor the business owners keeps the customer’s Personal Identification Number (PIN) or card details. The customer is interacting with the card processors for ALL payment processing at this stage of the transaction.
How do I know that Payment is made and what if a payment fails?
The customer as well as merchant receives SMS and e-mail alerts (receipt) of the transaction immediately. Failed transactions are logged on PaySite for merchant to manually follow up.
